For the first time, we finished our bold American Single Malt in rare Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks, bringing a new layer of richness, depth, and citrus to our signature style. We sourced rare PX casks from Spain that previously aged PX Naranja — Pedro Ximénez wine matured with organic Seville orange peels.
The result is lush and expressive, with the decadent character of PX sherry balanced by a bright, fruit-forward lift.
What began as an exploration of sherry influence became a study in contrast — richness without heaviness, depth without sweetness, and a finish that lingers long after the glass is empty.
