Inspired by the traditions of Irish whiskey yet unmistakably Westward in style, this six-year, seven-month-old expression shows how one additional pass through our copper stills transforms both texture and tone.
The result is balanced and expressive—lighter on its feet, but with the depth and richness our whiskey is known for. Bottled at cask strength, it offers aromas of orchard fruit and honey, a palate of dried fruit and maple candy, and a long, herbal finish with mint, vanilla, and berries.
What began as a question—“What would triple-distilled Westward taste like?”—became an exploration of craft and curiosity. The answer: a refined, aromatic whiskey that stays true to our roots while revealing something entirely new.
