Our distinct, rich, and brazen Single Malt is the pinnacle of American whiskey. This special "Oregon Grown & Malted" version of Westward was made using barley entirely grown and malted by farmer Zach Christensen of Christensen Farms in Mcminnville, Oregon, where Zach's family has been farming since 1905. The whiskey was aged in a medium-char, 36 month air dried cask for 5 years 10 months and the Christensen Farms malt lends some really nice nutty and biscuit flavors to this incredible single barrel selection.
