The whiskey that inspired our flagship Pinot Noir offering, and the many Pinot and wine collaborations that have followed since. Our first-ever homage to Oregon’s legendary Willamette Valley wine country, which was created in partnership with a highly-regarded Dundee vineyard, this limited whiskey is influenced by the region’s premier grape varietal: Pinot Noir. This single barrel, cask-finished whiskey, which reflects the vibrance of the Valley’s signature grape, spent just over 5 years maturing in lightly charred new American Oak barrels before finishing for an additional 16 months in a Willamette Valley Pinot Noir cask.
