Our version of a Gold Rush (which most closely resermbles a whiskey sour but incorportes honey) is made with Benedictine to complement the grain and milk chocolate elements of our Stout Cask.
- 1.5oz Westward Whiskey Stout Cask
- .75oz lemon juice
- .50oz honey syrup
- .25oz Benedictine
- Combine ingredients over ice into a shaking tin and shake until mixed together.
- Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube and garnish with a honeycomb.
