Our innovative take on American Whiskey continues: inspired, visionary and made with friends.  Created from locally malted barley, brewed for exceptional flavor, and matured to perfection in new, lightly charred American Oak barrels right here in Oregon, where our hot, dry summers and cool, wet winters are the ideal environment to raise a world class whiskey or for going on a ride. This barrel, hand-selected by MotoCorsa, was the 8th barrel tasted and after going back and forth on a few others, the tasters were heard saying "Yeah ... but 8" because they couldn't get over how much they loved it.
